Description

  • You will collect, process and organize both digital and paper personnel files;
  • You provide administrative support to the Payroll Compensation & Benefits team in their daily tasks;
  • You maintain and update HR documents on the intranet and manage HR-related information in collaboration with the HR team;
  • You answer questions from employees and internal/external partners clearly and accurately both via email, Teams, phone and during face-to-face meetings;
  • You coordinate and follow administratively the processes surrounding the entry and exit of employees;
  • You process payroll billing in the accounting system (AX) and monitor budgets and receipt of insurance invoices;
  • You prepare monthly reports, with a focus on internal customers;
  • You will provide support in verifying data from the time management system (Primetime);
  • You assist the Payroll Compensation & Benefits team with peak load and additional workload;
  • You will prepare and enter administrative documents related to changes in working hours, such as career breaks and part-time work.

Your profile

  • Has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Management or Accounting, complemented by some relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Proficient in both French and Dutch, in both written and oral form;
  • Possesses knowledge of social legislation and labor law, with the ambition to develop further in this area; Has a strong focus on Hard HR;
  • Has excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and can formulate clearly and accurately;
  • Can work well with figures and financial data;
  • Is open to new technologies and has a genuine interest in the digitization of HR processes;
  • Possesses strong organizational skills: structured, efficient and accurate in work;
  • Is results-oriented and has a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Functions well in a team environment, is willing to listen and communicates effectively with various interlocutors;
  • Can deal with unexpected situations while maintaining focus and setting priorities;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; experience with PrimeTime and/or eBlox is a plus.
