Description

  • You coordinate the establishment and ongoing management of agreements for both discretionary and advisory mandates, ensuring alignment with local and international institutional clients while engaging with various internal and external stakeholders;
  • You serve as the primary point of contact for institutional client inquiries, facilitating communication between clients and client relationship managers to address their needs effectively;
  • You oversee the upkeep and enhancement of the client database, providing essential support to both the sales and compliance teams in meeting regulatory requirements related to clients, including KYC/AML, MiFID, and GDPR;
  • You collaborate with different reporting teams to ensure the efficient distribution of client and regulatory reports, maintaining clarity and compliance across all communications;
  • You contribute to various cross-departmental projects by providing ad hoc assistance to the Head of Client Servicing, supporting a coordinated approach to service delivery.

Your profile

  • A background with 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in a business support role;
  • Proficiency in both French and English, with a functional understanding of Dutch;
  • A strong client-focused approach, demonstrating the ability to prioritize customer needs;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration within a team environment;
  • Outstanding communication abilities, including coordination of tasks and information sharing;
  • Technical proficiency in Office 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce, as well as advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
