Description
- You act as a valuable partner for business management and proactively coordinate the various selection and recruitment needs with all parties involved;
- You focus on optimizing and implementing recruitment processes and procedures within the team;
- You actively search for suitable candidates through various channels and carry out effective sourcing activities when required;
- You select candidates based on their skills, experience, potential and motivation and make substantiated recommendations to the hiring manager(s);
- You provide support and advice to the hiring manager(s) as needed during the selection process;
- You maintain important communication with each internal or external candidate; timely and accurate feedback is something we value highly;
- You are responsible for the entire selection process, including preparing salary proposals and explaining contracts, taking into account applicable policies;
- You assume the role of internal recruitment partner, communicating regularly with the hiring manager(s) to develop a (pro-)active recruitment policy;
- You actively participate in one or more specific projects within HR development;
- When necessary and relevant, you also manage the related (system) administration.
Your profile
- Has a Master's degree in psychology, social sciences or similar through relevant work experience;
- Proactively suggests improvements and is constantly looking for ways to optimize processes and make them more efficient;
- Possesses experience in recruiting candidates through various platforms, such as LinkedIn, where you feel as confident as in your home environment;
- Has broad expertise in recruitment and selection processes for various positions, with additional valuable experience in attracting technical profiles;
- Displays a dynamic, entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset;
- Is practical-minded and solution-oriented in his thinking;
- Is able to initiate change and get projects moving;
- Communicates clearly and transparently;
- Can provide coaching and support to hiring managers during selection and feedback interviews, in interpreting assessment reports and drafting job descriptions;
- Masters both Dutch and French and has a good knowledge of English.
