Description
- You develop and implement procedures and ensure their proper application, managing, monitoring and minimizing associated risks at Corporate level.
- You provide administrative support.
- Prepare and closely monitor contracts.
- Provide reports.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and risk management.
- Prepare for meetings and projects, including making presentations.
- Optimally manage the Procurement mailbox.
- You prepare the performance of suppliers and partners within the various categories based on KPIs and actively monitor progress.
- You are the backup for your colleagues during their absence.
- You will report to the Procurement Manager.
Your profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree or can demonstrate comparable experience.
- Is sincere and maintains exemplary ethics.
- Can gather and process confidential information.
- Communicates excellently in Dutch and French, both orally and in writing.
- Has strong time management skills and can multitask well; deadlines are not a challenge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a preference for advanced Excel skills, and has an aptitude for mastering new software and systems quickly.
- Enjoys taking initiative, is eager to learn, innovative, punctual, structured and well-organized.
