Description
- Negotiations with suppliers, always in consultation with the procurement manager, for General Expenses and other categories, among others....
- Project management (a.o. tenders, ...) and proactive follow-up and preparation of reports. For these projects, you will learn to negotiate a competitive proposal with suppliers. You learn to communicate in a clear way with colleagues from other departments about these projects.
- Elaborate and implement (group) procedures and manage, follow up and limit the associated risks for the company.
- Administrative support:
- Preparation and follow-up of contracts.
- Reporting.
- Management "Ivalua" (tool in which our contracts are stored)
- Onboarding & risk management of suppliers,
- Preparation of meetings and projects (a.o. presentations, ...)
- Gradually evolve into your role as contact person for contract partners and the internal customer.
Your profile
- Prepare and actively monitor performance of category suppliers and partners through KPIs.
- You act as backup for your colleagues in case of absence.
- You act as outsourcing coordinator
- You provide outsourcing expertise and support to business owners or stakeholders during the risk assessment and validation process
- You act as the main contact and coordinator for the governance of the Outsourcing Risk Management Framework of your entity
- You participate and contribute to the Outsourcing Committees on a mandatory basis
- You maintain and monitor your entity's Outsourcing Arrangements register
- You monitor the concentration risk for your entity and contribute to the concentration risk analysis performed at Corporate level
- You contribute to the management of the Outsourcing Arrangements (in particular through regular review of the existing agreements)
- You contribute to the analysis of negative news events and activate the alert and escalation process where necessary
- You contribute to the preparation of ad-hoc reports on existing contractual relationships, in a constantly changing regulatory and legal environment
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 3501 - € 5000
- You have a Bachelors degree ideally in procurement and at least 5 years of experience in procurement.
- You have a good knowledge of the 2nd national language (FR/NL - NL/FR) and of English.
- You are comfortable with different MS applications (Excel, Word, power point, ...).
- Knowledge (or experience with) procurement software (e.g. Ivalua) is an advantage.
- Experience in supplier risk management and negotiating and contracting suppliers for General Expenses (indirect) is a plus.
- Anyway, experience in services is definitely an asset.
- You are commercially minded, always looking for "that little bit more", you communicate easily (verbally & in writing) and are a strong negotiator.
- You are honest with impeccable ethics. You can quickly discern key points and base yourself on them to present thoughtful decisions. You have a broad mindset towards negotiations without losing sight of the company's framework.
- You like to take initiatives and you are eager to learn, innovative, well-organized and structured, always respecting deadlines.
- Moreover, you can work autonomously.
- You are stress resistant and can deal with the challenges associated with the dynamics of a changing "mobility world".
