Description
- You manage and monitor customer files, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information;
- You work with internal teams to gather the data needed to prepare files;
- You analyze customer needs and propose solutions adapted to their situation;
- You ensure compliance with regulatory criteria and industry standards throughout the file management process;
- You act as a privileged contact for customers, handling their requests and providing appropriate advice;
- You participate in the continuous improvement of management processes, identifying opportunities for optimization;
- You prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders;
- You train and coach new team members on case management procedures.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Holds a relevant higher education or university degree;
- Has at least 3 years' experience in a similar position in the financial sector;
- Is bilingual in Dutch and French;
- Has a good knowledge of the laws and regulations in force in our sector;
- Has excellent analytical skills and can easily interpret complex information;
- Has strong communication skills, both written and oral;
- Works proactively and takes initiative to solve problems;
- Has experience of teamwork and is able to strengthen collaborations;
- Has mastery of software and tools relevant to the role;
- Has a customer-oriented approach and always seeks the best solutions for his/her interests;
- Is flexible and knows how to manage change and high-pressure situations.
