Description
- You are responsible for the complete processing of Property files, from opening to closing;
- You will also be responsible for the administrative management of the files, ensuring that they run smoothly;
- Your remit includes both national and international files;
- You will work in close collaboration with experts in charge of the follow-up of appraisals and negotiations for complex or problematic files.
Your profile
- You have a degree in insurance, economics or law (bachelor's or master's);
- You have at least 5 years' convincing and relevant experience in claims handling;
- You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a good knowledge of English;
- You have excellent communication skills and a sense of customer service;
- You are enthusiastic, dynamic, ambitious and stress-resistant.
