Description

Your responsibilities:
  • You will provide legal support to our customers in the event of claims relating to automobile, home or family insurance.
  • You will identify the parties involved and assess the responsibilities involved.
  • You engage in negotiations with the other party to settle property and/or personal injury claims out of court.
  • You ensure proactive communication, both by telephone and in writing, in Dutch and French, with all parties involved (policyholders, agents, insurers, lawyers, medical advisors, etc.).
  • In the event of legal proceedings, you will select and critically monitor the lawyer who will defend our customers' interests.
  • You are responsible for the independent management of your own files, from A to Z.
  • If you have any questions, want to exchange ideas or need support, your team leader and colleagues are at your disposal!

Your profile

The ideal candidate:
  • Fluent in Dutch and French.
  • Experience in handling legal assistance claims, with an emphasis on bodily injury claims.
  • Demonstrates proactivity, customer focus and a desire to learn continuously.
  • Analytical ability, able to summarize and clearly explain key elements of complex cases.
  • Has an empathetic approach and strong negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
