Description
Your responsibilities:- You will provide legal support to our customers in the event of claims relating to automobile, home or family insurance.
- You will identify the parties involved and assess the responsibilities involved.
- You engage in negotiations with the other party to settle property and/or personal injury claims out of court.
- You ensure proactive communication, both by telephone and in writing, in Dutch and French, with all parties involved (policyholders, agents, insurers, lawyers, medical advisors, etc.).
- In the event of legal proceedings, you will select and critically monitor the lawyer who will defend our customers' interests.
- You are responsible for the independent management of your own files, from A to Z.

Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Fluent in Dutch and French.
- Experience in handling legal assistance claims, with an emphasis on bodily injury claims.
- Demonstrates proactivity, customer focus and a desire to learn continuously.
- Analytical ability, able to summarize and clearly explain key elements of complex cases.
- Has an empathetic approach and strong negotiation skills.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
