- You are the first point of contact for customers and intermediaries;

- You provide information and advice in writing, on the phone and via chat;
- You are careful with details when processing actions or requested adjustments in our systems;
- You build a strong partnership with your interlocutor by communicating in a professional yet approachable manner;

Your profile
- Possesses a bachelor's or master's degree, or has relevant work experience and above all, a strong motivation to get started. A positive attitude is most important to us!
- May not have in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, but is willing to attend training and acquire the skills of the trade;
- Shows initiative and takes proactive action;
- Communicates clearly and accurately, both in spoken and written form;
- Has a good command of the second national language and can also express herself in that language. Perfect if you are bilingual!
- Is able to bring structure to a chaotic situation; Has an eye for detail and possesses an analytical and organizational mindset;
- Is flexible and adapts quickly within a department that is constantly changing.
