We're looking for an experienced, organized, flexible and stress-resistant manager with at least 3 years' experience in leasing, credit or tax. The ideal candidate will be bilingual FR/NL, with English as an asset. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, training and supporting staff, working with other departments to improve customer satisfaction. Description
The department is divided into three teams:1. Front Line: Receiving requests (1 teamleader, 8 officers);
2. Leasing Decision: Financial analysis of non-automated requests (1 teamleader, 9 officers, 10-15 files/day). Management of complex files, validation and management;
3. Leasing Back Office: Accounts monitoring and financial management (2 teamleaders, 15 officers).
Your profile
- Excellent manager with leadership skills;
- Organized, flexible and stress resistant;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in leasing, credit, tax or product development desirable;
- Bilingual FR/NL, English a plus;
- Accounting profile possible
- Customer and results-oriented, with an analytical mind and initiative;
- Availability for flexible working hours required;
- Monitor performance and lead meetings;
- You coach, train and support your colleagues to achieve objectives;
- You collaborate with other departments and partners to optimize customer satisfaction;
- You take part in training courses and working groups to improve services and keep up to date with developments in the sector.
