Description
- You assist customers with a professional activity, from sole traders to SMEs
- You give advice on the most appropriate (credit) solutions for the customer
- You guide the customer throughout the credit process
- You conduct credit interviews
- You compile credit files and discuss them with the credit analysts
- You take care of the administrative handling after closing the credit
- You follow up on existing credits and have regular follow-up meetings with your customers
- Together with the investment and insurance specialist, you ensure that professional customers receive top service and do not have to worry about anything
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has already gained initial experience in lending.
- is able to handle files independently from start to finish.
- is a commercial all-rounder with strong administrative skills.
- can substantiate his or her views respectfully and is also able to compromise.
- feels comfortable working independently, but also appreciates requesting feedback from colleagues. We are here for you!
- Is willing to visit our customers from time to time, which will be greatly appreciated!
