Description
In this position, your main responsibilities will include:- You will manage all claims from liability companies.
- You will manage your files autonomously, handling all stages from initial contact to conclusion: interactions with brokers, experts, clients, opposing parties and lawyers.
- You oversee the entire process and set the direction of cases.
- You assume responsibility for all assignments, including opening files, assessing claims, verifying contractual terms and making contact with the various parties involved.
- You will also be responsible for making decisions on claims coverage, with training and support provided to guide you in this task.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has a bachelor's degree in a field such as law or finance and insurance, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in liability claims management.
- Enjoys the human contact and finds motivation in assisting customers.
- Has a mastery of writing, knowing that the quality of his/her letters and e-mails directly influences the progress of claims files.
- Has the ability to critically analyze claims and show initiative in his/her work.
- Is comfortable managing several files simultaneously.
- Seeks a wide range of tasks and responsibilities in his/her work.
- Communicates fluently in Dutch, with knowledge of French an additional asset.
- Is an undaunted problem-solver, with a playful approach to challenges.
