Description
In this role, you will be responsible for :- Manage all claims related to civil liability companies.
- Handle your files independently, liaising with brokers, experts, customers, opposing parties and lawyers.
- Oversee the entire claims management process to determine the direction of cases.
- Be proactive, handling a variety of tasks such as opening files, analyzing claims, verifying contractual clauses and making contact with the various parties involved.
- Make informed decisions about claims coverage, with support and training provided to guide you through the process.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has a bachelor's degree in law, finance or insurance, or equivalent experience.
- Has initial experience in the insurance field.
- Has several years' experience in claims management, which is an advantage.
- Enjoys human interaction and derives energy from assisting customers.
- Expresses ideas fluently in writing, recognizing the importance of smooth correspondence in claims handling.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and initiative in evaluating claims.
- Comfortable juggling multiple files simultaneously.
- Seeks to engage in varied and challenging work.
- Fluent in Dutch, with knowledge of French an additional asset.
- Is creative and resilient in the face of problems, approaching challenges with enthusiasm and determination.
