Description
- Collaborate closely with partners to develop and execute a strategic plan for the investment funds practice, ensuring effective coordination of all operational elements.
- Serve as the primary local authority on investment funds, covering marketing priorities, activities, campaigns, key clients, prospects, and credentials.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and explore new business opportunities, including preparing capability statements, conducting opportunity analyses, facilitating outreach, and introducing potential clients.
- Partner with Communications & PR teams to enhance visibility and reputation through earned media, internal communications, website content, and industry events.
- Lead submissions for league tables and legal directories, providing external rankings to strengthen market presence.
- Support client listening initiatives by conducting interviews to gather feedback from major financial investors on Luxembourg office matters.
- Ensure accurate recording of transaction data for rankings, pitches, biographies, awards, and communications, while managing mailing lists in the CRM database.
- Oversee client-related aspects of events, leading business development and communication efforts.
Your profile
- Academic qualification (bachelor’s or master’s) in a relevant field.
- Over 5 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of the local financial services sector; experience in investment funds is a plus.
- Ability to build advisory relationships with partners, attorneys, and key stakeholders through:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Research and pitch preparation expertise.
- Independence, organization, and a consultative team approach.
- Capacity to handle pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
