Job description: P&C Manager - Corporate
  • Manage and supervise a portfolio of business customers, ensuring quality service tailored to their needs;
  • Assess the risks associated with various files, analyzing information and making relevant recommendations;
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers, establishing regular contact and anticipating their expectations;
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations;
  • Produce tailor-made insurance proposals, taking into account the specificities of each customer and the market;
  • Participate in meetings with customers to discuss their current situation and propose appropriate solutions;
  • Monitor the progress of contracts, claims and renewals, ensuring proactive file management;
  • Keep abreast of market trends and regulatory developments to ensure a relevant and competitive offering;
  • Train and share your knowledge with team members, contributing to a collaborative learning environment.

Your profile

The ideal candidate:
  • Possesses an insurance degree or equivalent qualification;
  • Has significant experience in a similar position, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry issues;
  • Has a proven ability to work independently while being an effective team player;
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, enabling fluid interaction with a variety of interlocutors;
  • Demonstrates a strong aptitude for project management, with a keen sense of organization and task prioritization;
  • Has in-depth expertise in the use of digital tools and job-specific software;
  • Is able to adapt quickly to change and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment;
  • Demonstrates a strong motivation to learn and develop in his/her field of expertise;
  • Has a results-oriented approach, with an ability to identify creative solutions to challenges encountered.
