Description
- You will enter the credit application with the customer over the phone and ensure a smooth follow-up so that the file can be completed quickly;
- You have strong commercial insight and guide customers as their financial advisor. Based on your analysis of the file, you offer the most suitable product and make follow-up commercial offers;
- As the first point of contact for customers, you provide them with information on the status of their application;
- You have a Sales mentality, love challenges and are determined to exceed your performance;
- You check contracts, supporting documents, legal notices and signatures and ensure everything is correct and in compliance;
- You make funds available in clients' accounts;
- You provide support to clients in finding solutions in case of non-conformity.
Your profile
- Masters the Dutch and French languages at a fluent level;
- Has a solid command of the English language;
- Has a flexible work attitude and is willing to work a balance of 50% in the office and 50% working from home after three months;
- Has no specific educational requirements;
- Possesses skills in MS Office, which is essential for the position;
- Does not require specific business experience, but knowledge or experience in call centers, banking or the credit industry is a plus;
- Demonstrates strong commercial acumen; experience in the credit industry is an advantage;
- Combines customer focus with stress resistance and a good team spirit;
- Works independently and is structured in his or her approach;
- Works accurately and shows due diligence;
- Enjoys customer contact over the phone and keeps this communication clear and efficient.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2001 - € 3000
