Would you like to work in a dynamic, structured environment where KYC file management plays a key role? We are looking for a Servicing Officer to strengthen our team dedicated to onboarding new customers and recertifying existing relationships.
Description
- You rigorously apply Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
- You follow up customer and agency requests until the files are finalized.
- You check the validity of data via internal and external sources.
- Provide advice based on available information and controls.
- You collaborate with internal and external teams (front office, relationship managers, compliance, etc.).
- You enter and update KYC data in dedicated systems.
- You identify and report any risk anomalies to management.
Your profile
- You place the customer at the center of your concerns and have an analytical mind.
- You demonstrate rigor and respect for processes while maintaining a proactive approach.
- You enjoy teamwork and communicate effectively.
- You are curious and eager to learn in order to adapt to regulatory changes.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken.
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 2001 - € 3000
- We offer you a permanent contract from day one.
