- You have ultimate responsibility for the agency and direct all activities.
- You use your entrepreneurship and organizational skills to further expand the office.
- You use your dynamic character and commercial flair to develop the point of sale.
- You lead, enthuse and motivate your team to achieve both qualitative and quantitative objectives, while managing risks.
- You organize commercial actions based on predetermined objectives and lead them accurately.
- You are responsible for a portfolio of private clients and actively participate in commercial activities within the agency.
- You identify opportunities in the region and develop a strategic commercial plan for optimal growth of the point of sale.
- You represent our client in your region and actively participate in the socio-economic life.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree with an economics or finance orientation.
- You are a born leader and love to take responsibility.
- You already have a 1st successful experience in a managerial, commercial position in the financial sector.
- You are energetic, communicative and creative.
- Your charisma and flexibility are assets to quickly integrate you into your new work environment.
- You have integrity and courtesy in all your contacts.
- You have a good understanding of marketing techniques.
