Description
- You have final responsibility for the agency and manage all activities.
- You use your entrepreneurial and organizational skills to further expand the office.
- You use your dynamic character and commercial flair to develop the point of sale.
- You lead, inspire, and motivate your team to achieve both qualitative and quantitative objectives, while managing risks.
- You organize commercial campaigns based on predetermined objectives and manage them meticulously.
- You will be responsible for a portfolio of private clients and will actively participate in commercial activities within the agency.
- You will identify opportunities in the region and develop a strategic commercial plan for optimal growth of the point of sale.
- You will represent our client in your region and actively participate in socio-economic life.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics or finance.
- You are a born leader and enjoy taking responsibility.
- You already have some successful experience in a managerial, commercial position in the financial sector.
- You are energetic, communicative, and creative.
- Your charisma and flexibility are assets that will help you quickly integrate into your new working environment.
- You are honest and courteous in all your interactions.
- You have a good understanding of marketing techniques.
