Description
- Assist in the preparation, review and drafting of franchise agreements, supplier agreements and other related legal documents;
- Maintain and organize documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
- Support corporate expansion projects, acquisitions and general corporate governance;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance of operations and business processes;
- Maintain and organize legal files, with accurate and up-to-date data.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent experience;
- At least 4-5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably with knowledge of franchise or commercial law;
- Knowledge of Belgian law and general contract law;
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information;
- Communication skills, both written and oral, in French and Dutch (English is an asset);
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Problem-solving skills and pragmatic approach to legal issues;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different stakeholders within the company.
