Description
- Do customers need legal assistance with claims covered by their car, fire, or family insurance? Then they can come to you! Don't worry, you will first receive thorough training to prepare you properly.
- You investigate who the parties involved are and who is liable for the damage.
- You will hold discussions with the other party to resolve the claim amicably.
- If legal proceedings are necessary, you will engage a lawyer to represent our customers' interests and keep a close eye on everything.
Your profile
- You have a fluent command of Dutch.
- You have a bachelor's degree in Legal Practice, Finance and Insurance, Languages, or equivalent experience in claims management.
- You take initiative, are eager to learn, and deliver quality through your meticulous work.
- You are naturally customer-focused, because that is the best strategy for long-term success.
- As a student, you were already well organized. Planning ahead and setting priorities are your way of working.
- In addition, you have strong communication skills and are a good negotiator.
