The successful candidate must have claims management experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work under pressure. Description
- Clients need legal assistance with claims covered by their auto, fire or family insurance? If so, they can turn to you! Don't worry, you first receive thorough training to prepare properly.
- You investigate who the parties involved are and who is liable for the damage.
- You hold talks with the other party to resolve the damage by mutual agreement.
- If legal proceedings do become necessary, you'll engage a lawyer to represent our clients' interests and keep a close eye on everything.
Your profile
- You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch.
- You have a bachelor's degree in Legal Practice, Finance and Insurance, Languages or equivalent experience in claims management.
- You take initiative, eager to learn and deliver quality through your accurate work.
- By nature, you think customer-oriented, because that is the best strategy for long-term success.
- As a student, you were already well organized. Planning in advance and setting your priorities are your way of working.
- In addition, you are communicatively strong and can negotiate well.
