Description
- You serve as the first point of contact for our clients;
- You strive to be a versatile professional with a foundation of knowledge across various banking areas;
- Through your friendly welcome and excellent service, you are committed to identifying opportunities both actively and reactively;
- You contribute to the improvement of day-to-day banking and refer customers to specialized colleagues as needed;
- You are also able to support the info point and guide customers in their digital questions and needs.
Your profile
- Possesses at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study;
- May already have some initial work experience in the banking industry;
- Has a strong fascination with financial products and services;
- Is a true team player, but can also show independence when needed;
- Is energetic and has excellent communication skills;
- Has a natural commercial acumen that you effortlessly put into practice;
- Is adept at using digital tools and applications.
