Claims Handler

Description

Our client is looking for a Claims Manager to join their team. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Defending the rights of policyholders in various legal fields, such as traffic law, civil law, contract law, administrative law, property law, consumer law and labor law.
• Analyze claims files and identify the problems associated with each case.
• Advise and support clients throughout the claims handling process.
• Motivate the parties involved and negotiate to achieve the best possible solution for the insured.
• Express satisfaction in closing a file when the customer is satisfied with the outcome.
• Handle the files of a group of brokers, with whom you will discuss the most suitable management method.
• Establish regular contact with other insurance companies, adjusters, medical advisors and lawyers to foster a collaborative approach.

Your profile

• You have a Master's degree in law and are enthusiastic about the insurance sector;
• You are a team player;
• You enjoy helping people with your legal skills;
• You have a nose for finding solutions;
• You're always keen to expand your knowledge and skills in a wide range of legal fields.
