Description

As part of your duties for our client in the insurance sector, you will be required to :
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism.
  • Assist customers with their policy queries.
  • Recruit new customers by proposing appropriate solutions.
This role will require communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to build trusting relationships with customers. In this way, you will contribute to the company's development and customer satisfaction.

Your profile

The ideal candidate:
  • Has initial experience in customer relations.
  • Fluent in Dutch and strong French skills.
  • Is a sociable person, passionate about interacting with customers and eager to help them.
  • Is willing to take phone calls and provide answers to customers' queries about their files.
