Description

  • Warmly welcoming visitors - with your smile, people feel welcome right away.
  • Making meeting rooms tiptop, making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the right colleague.
  • Managing our general email address: you make sure the right info gets to the right person.
  • Processing incoming mail and making sure it gets to the right place quickly.
  • Sending outgoing mail punctually.
  • Keeping supplies up-to-date and placing necessary orders in a timely manner.
  • Perform HR related administrative tasks.

Your profile

  • You have at least a secondary school diploma.
  • You have a very good level of Dutch with a good knowledge of French.
  • Experience in a reception function is a plus but not a must.
  • Thanks to your commitment and sense of responsibility, you are the one we can count on for a well organized working day.
