Description
- Processing securities transactions in trades, option processing and settlement, respecting deadlines and SLAs;
- Logging, following up and resolving requests from the front office and internal/external parties via email, phone and mail, with a diplomatic and efficient approach;
- Responsible for reporting, identifying volumes, errors and tax audits, and proactively suggesting improvements;
- Anxious to changes due to changing legislation and taxes, and adjusting tasks, reports and KPIs;
- Actively contribute ideas and work to optimize services, including participation in quality meetings.
Your profile
- Possesses a degree at Higher Education Level (Bachelor) or has relevant experience equivalent;
- Has a broad knowledge of banking processes and is familiar with securities processing;
- Is familiar with the use of Excel, Word and Access;
- Masters the Dutch language completely, both French and English are not unfamiliar to you;
- Works extremely accurately and attentively;
- Remains calm under pressure and in stressful situations;
- Has a strong focus on customer satisfaction;
- Is flexible and adapts easily to changing circumstances;
- Functions well within a team and supports colleagues;
- Is open to change and thinks solution-oriented;
- Has a critical, proactive and optimistic attitude towards tasks and challenges.
