Description
- You are the point of contact for brokers, customers and victims, ensuring clear and precise communication.
- You analyze files and make legally justified decisions within the limits of your settlement authority.
- You independently manage interactions with third parties (doctors, lawyers, etc.).
- You apply internal claims management processes and suggest improvements to existing procedures.
- You participate in projects to innovate and optimize working methods.
Your profile
- You have proven experience in bodily injury claims management.
- You have a perfect command of French and a good knowledge of Dutch.
- You are rigorous and precise, while maintaining a good work rhythm.
- You are empathetic and customer-oriented, which is reflected in your handling of files.
- You are a team player: collaborative, open to feedback and willing to share your knowledge with colleagues.
