Description
- You will be responsible for managing a diverse client portfolio, both individuals and businesses, in the Ghent area.
- You act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with relevant information and tailored advice.
- You closely follow up the various dossiers and ensure smooth and efficient administrative processing.
- You have a great passion for insurance and constantly keep up to date with the latest trends and developments, so that you can translate this knowledge into suitable solutions for clients.
- You maintain contacts with insurance companies, build strong relationships and negotiate the best conditions for the clients in your portfolio.
- You actively contribute to the commercial growth of the office by contributing to future strategies and developing commercial actions together with management.
Your profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a commercial position within the insurance industry;
- You have a strong customer-oriented attitude, excellent listening skills and are committed to providing honest and accurate advice;
- You master excellent communication skills, feel at home in commercial environments and are focused on achieving results;
- You demonstrate drive and collaborative spirit, and are willing to support colleagues as needed;
- You have a fluent command of Windows and MS Office, with knowledge of Brio as an added advantage;
- You possess a practical and direct attitude consistent with transparent communication and short lines of communication;
- You have a very good knowledge of the Dutch language and a decent command of French.
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 3001 - € 4500
