Description
- You will provide support to the RM in various commercial and administrative activities, such as opening new accounts and applying for credit and other cards;
- You prepare contracts for the launch of digital channels and handle requests, complaints and follow up on "know your customer" files, including entering financial statements;
- Together you are responsible for customer satisfaction and ensure excellent service;
- When the RM is absent, you act as a crucial link both internally and to clients;
- You ensure that client files are always up to date and collect the necessary information for this purpose;
- In performing these tasks and the associated communication, both internally and externally, we expect you to do so to a high standard and respect the deadlines set.
Your profile
- Masters the Dutch language as a mother tongue, which is a requirement for this position;
- Preferably has several years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial sector, although recent graduates with the right economic background and motivation are also encouraged to apply;
- Has a strong economic foundation, which is essential to successfully fulfilling this role;
- Has a good command of both English and French, which is considered an added advantage;
- Is particularly interested in the world of business and everything related to it;
- Goes about his or her work like an "entrepreneur": shows creativity, works efficiently and puts the customer first;
- Performs optimally in a pleasant working environment with a close-knit team;
- Strives for ambitious goals and knows how to realize them, even under pressure;
- Communicates clearly and professionally with the Relationship Manager (RM) and Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs), as well as with customers over the phone;
- Works in an orderly, disciplined and responsible manner that colleagues and clients can rely on;
- Takes initiative and can work independently, which is an important trait for this role.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
