Description
As part of your mission, you will be responsible for :- Welcoming and assisting customers in understanding their insurance needs;
- Analyze customer requirements in order to propose appropriate solutions;
- Draw up personalized quotations, taking into account the specific needs of each customer;
- Provide relevant advice on available insurance products;
- Manage customer requests while ensuring regular follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction;
- Participate in updating knowledge of products and regulations in force;
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales and service processes;
- Ensure accurate reporting of your activities and results.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Possesses a degree in a relevant discipline, demonstrating a solid theoretical and practical foundation;
- Has significant experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to meet professional challenges;
- Mastery of the tools and software essential to the role, ensuring optimal efficiency in the execution of tasks;
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch, fostering constructive exchanges within teams;
- Is recognized for his or her ability to work autonomously while being a valuable contributor to a group;
- Committed to meeting deadlines and being rigorous in all activities;
- Demonstrates great adaptability, able to manage fluctuating priorities and adjust to changing environments;
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, able to identify and analyze complex situations with ease;
- Has strong organizational skills, facilitating the effective management of several projects simultaneously;
