Description

  • Oversee the correction of current and previous projects in order to identify and resolve difficulties related to objectives, deadlines or quality standards.
  • Perform in-depth analyses and document audits.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to determine the scope of corrective actions and design precise action plans in response to identified problems.
  • Monitor and communicate progress of corrective initiatives, ensuring deadlines and quality criteria are met.
  • Provide comprehensive reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting risks, progress achieved, and areas requiring further attention.
  • Design and implement process improvements to prevent the emergence of future project problems.
  • Organize training and experience-sharing sessions for the team and other departments involved in the remediation process.

Your profile

The ideal candidate:
  • At least two years' experience in a comparable position, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interaction skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while performing well under pressure.
  • Fluent in French and English.
