Description
- Oversee the correction of current and previous projects in order to identify and resolve difficulties related to objectives, deadlines or quality standards.
- Perform in-depth analyses and document audits.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to determine the scope of corrective actions and design precise action plans in response to identified problems.
- Monitor and communicate progress of corrective initiatives, ensuring deadlines and quality criteria are met.
- Provide comprehensive reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting risks, progress achieved, and areas requiring further attention.
- Design and implement process improvements to prevent the emergence of future project problems.
- Organize training and experience-sharing sessions for the team and other departments involved in the remediation process.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- At least two years' experience in a comparable position, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interaction skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while performing well under pressure.
- Fluent in French and English.
