- Has experience in the insurance sector.
- Has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and enjoys personal contact with customers.
- Can easily switch between various tasks and remains calm under pressure.
- Works in a structured manner and maintains an overview, even in busy situations.
- Feels at home in a close-knit team without a strict hierarchy, where collaboration and mutual support are key.
