- You manage and oversee insurance policies for both individuals and businesses.
- You provide support to clients via phone, email and personal conversations.
- You analyze insurance portfolios and work with clients to find the best solutions in various insurance categories.
- You work fully digitally in our paperless office, where technology and efficiency are key.
- You support clients with new questions, claims or changes and keep an overview of your files.
Your profile
- Has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and enjoys personal contact with customers.
- Can easily skip between various tasks and maintains composure under pressure.
- Works in a structured manner and keeps an overview even in busy situations.
- Has experience in the insurance industry (which is a plus), but is especially motivated to learn. We offer excellent guidance and training.
- Feels at home in a close-knit team without strict hierarchy, where partnerships and mutual support are key.
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 4001 - € 4500
