Description
- Present proposed solutions and establish lasting relationships with partners
- Develop sales in the assigned area by expanding the customer portfolio
- Maintain a regular presence in the field and carry out canvassing activities with business experts (frequent travel)
- Identify and exploit business opportunities to promote growth
- Generate new collaborations with existing partners
- Negotiate calls for tender in compliance with defined conditions (pricing, UC share and risk management).
- Support partners in presenting LMEP solutions to their customers
- Understand and analyze partners' needs in order to propose appropriate solutions
- Identify areas for continuous improvement to enhance partner satisfaction
- Support partners in optimizing their practices through feedback from the Client Services team.
- Monitor competition in the field and pass on strategic information to management
- Coordinate exchanges with internal experts, Group teams and external consultants
Your profile
- Degree in asset management, finance, banking or notarial law
- At least 3 to 5 years' successful sales experience in an insurance company, private bank, family office or asset manager
- Excellent command of written and spoken French
- Sound knowledge of the industry, including competition, French tax and market trends, with sensitivity to cultural specificities
- Strong customer orientation and ability to mobilize a professional network in the target market
- Strong commercial spirit, particularly in prospecting and business development
- Willingness to travel throughout France and Monaco
