Description

• You are responsible for the accurate daily production of OTC prices, which includes;
• Verifying market data inputs from both internal and external sources, ensuring they are updated correctly;
• Gathering valuations from counterparties;
• Executing internal calculations and conducting all necessary price verifications;
• Investigating pricing discrepancies and clarifying differences using your expertise in valuation models;
• You ensure that OTC prices are efficiently delivered to downstream systems and external clients, such as fund accountants;
• When necessary, you review and set up instruments traded by the front office in the Security Master to facilitate accurate valuations;
• You follow up on any issues related to OTC prices, providing end users with clear and structured responses;
• You take an active role in the development and implementation of new valuation processes;
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's workflows and processes;
• You produce accurate financial data upon request and report independently with minimal supervision;
• You serve as a backup for other team members as needed.

Your profile

• Proficient in English, with a strong preference for candidates who are also fluent in French;
• Solid understanding of financial instruments, particularly with a robust theoretical background in over-the-counter products and their valuation models;
• Competent in essential information technology tools, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and VBA;
• Holds a university-level degree in finance, economics, or has equivalent relevant experience;
• Exhibits high emotional awareness, recognizing and understanding their own emotions, strengths, and weaknesses, as well as their effects on personal and team performance;
• Capable of approaching challenges with logical reasoning, effective problem-solving, and adept conflict resolution techniques;
