Description

As a Legal Aid Policy Administrator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • You will draft policies and ensure correct recording.
  • You manage current policies and keep them up to date.
  • You oversee production proxies and customized policies.
  • You analyze and execute remediation projects.
  • You prepare quotations and present them to clients.
  • You submit requests for public tenders.
  • You advise and consult with brokers to ensure optimal cooperation.
  • You participate in improving the policy application within the company.
  • You act as the point of contact for internal partners regarding policy management.

Your profile

  • Has a passion for supporting people and finding appropriate solutions.
  • Possesses a bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Is customer-oriented and always focused on delivering the best service.
  • Has a commercial mindset and knows how to seize opportunities.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Is able to listen well and get to the heart of conversations quickly.
  • Has a proactive attitude and actively thinks along to realize optimal solutions.
  • Has a good command of the French language, both in writing and speech.
  • Meets or is willing to meet the requirements of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the subject-specific training program (PCP).
