Description
- Handle credit proposals within the Entrepreneur target group together with the account managers;
- Work dynamically with the account managers, asking the right questions, analyzing financial data and assessing the client's creditworthiness; and
- Negotiate with account managers and customers, seeking consensus on the final credit proposal;
- Systematically monitor existing credit files, discussing financial risks and implementing changes as needed;
- Demonstrate strong industry interest, closely monitor and review against our credit strategy;
- Question processes and proactively propose improvements, pulling projects in consultation with the credit management team.
Your profile
- You have a master's or minimum bachelor's degree in an economic field and at least 5 years of experience within lending;
- You communicate clearly and negotiate assertively;
- You have an analytical mind and report in an efficient, structured and concise manner;
- You have knowledge of legal and fiscal aspects related to lending;
- Curiosity, initiative and strong interest in digital are your assets;
- You are willing to invest and grow in this expertise-driven role;
- As an enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude, you will be an asset to our team;
- The working language for this vacancy is Dutch. You speak and write it fluently, and you have a passing knowledge of French.
