Description

  • Design data-driven campaigns using an A/B testing approach;
  • Analyze campaign results on a daily basis and make any necessary adjustments based on relevant data;
  • Participate in increasing and optimizing lead conversions and digital sales;
  • Implement our digital performance strategy and conversion plans in collaboration with your experienced colleagues;
  • Map existing customer journeys, from onboarding to conversion, while adopting an agile way of working with sales and IT teams;
  • Explore and test new acquisition channels to expand opportunities.

Your profile

The ideal candidate:
  • Has at least a bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in digital marketing;
  • Is fluent in French and has a good knowledge of Dutch, facilitating good communication with the multilingual team;
  • Is a junior profile with up to 5 years' experience, but recent graduates with a passion for digital marketing are also encouraged to apply;
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and closely monitors campaign results;
  • Is results-oriented and committed to generating leads for account managers, which motivates him/her even more;
  • Ensures data accuracy by working rigorously and performing detailed tests;
  • Ideally has experience with Hubspot or similar software such as Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud ;
  • Knows digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, as well as Google Analytics, and experience in SEO and Google Tag Manager is a plus;
  • Has experience in conversion optimization, with knowledge of Google Optimize or Optimizely, among others, being an added advantage;
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills and enjoys brainstorming the best solutions;
  • Team player and creative thinker;
  • Follows digital marketing trends closely and is curious to explore new applications.
