Description

Team Management
  • Responsible for the supervision of about 10 employees.
  • You set concrete, measurable, individual and group goals.
  • You closely monitor the performance of your team and your employees.
  • You coach, direct and support your employees in the areas of quality, productivity and attitude.
  • You organize team meetings and individual follow-up interviews.
  • You give feedback to your manager about the state of affairs in your team.
  • You come up with fun incentives to motivate the team.
  • You control and monitor Service Center equipment: computers, headsets, phones....
  • You work with the rest of the team to improve processes.
  • You ensure a quality and efficient customer experience.
Intraday Management.
  • You organize and control the planning and attendance of the team.
  • You distribute tasks within the team.
  • You check the incoming documents/tasks/mails and in case of urgent files you ensure an immediate treatment.
  • You closely monitor the workload and adjust the (task) planning where necessary.
  • You monitor the SLAs on telephony and administration.
  • You are the first point of contact in case of incidents or calamities.

Your profile

  • You can speak and write fluently, professionally and customer-oriented in both Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is a plus.
  • You preferably have a Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You have experience in leading and managing teams. Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience as a Team Leader
in a service center is a requirement.
  • You are a real coach: transferring knowledge to others gives you great pleasure.
  • You are very customer-oriented yourself and can transfer this to your team.
  • You are flexible, dynamic & entrepreneurial.
