Description
- Under the leadership of the Team Leader Credits and together with a team of 10 colleagues, you will perform the following tasks:
- You will process credit applications according to the applicable procedures of the respective organization.
- Processing data in a correct and complete manner so that the quality of the applications remains within the acceptance criteria.
- Completing and entering files into the management systems.
- Communicating on individual case processing with brokers via phone, email, and other channels.
- Ensuring timely processing of new applications (within 48 hours).
- Respond to individual broker and client inquiries in a timely manner (within 48 hours).
- Following up on reminder procedures.
- Actively involved in following files from approval to notarization.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of protocols and procedures.
- Function as the point of contact for partner organizations.
Your profile
- Do you have a bachelor degree or experience in business management
- Are you an expert at communicating in both Dutch and French, in writing and orally?
- Doesn't teamwork scare you, but are you also capable of working independently?
- Are you known for your solution-oriented approach and actions?
- Are you someone who is strong in organizing things and has a great sense of responsibility?
- Do you excel in communication, both internally with colleagues and externally with brokers?
