You provide personal financial advice to clients for all their questions regarding fiscal and non-fiscal savings and investments.
Description
- What can you expect for the first 6 months? You will form a close group with some fellow advisors with whom you will spend the first few months immersed in the world of life insurance. As soon as your knowledge in this area is up to date, you will guide our clients in their needs for fiscal and non-fiscal savings and investments.
- Your empathic and commercial attitude gives you the freedom to open up conversations as much as possible and to propose appropriate (insurance) solutions.
- After a fine integration within the team, you will increasingly feel your added value within the cluster (across several offices). As a team player, you have the drive to contribute to the objectives, which undoubtedly go hand in hand with your focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- With the help of your Sales Manager Life to whom you report directly, you will continue to develop yourself to become a top Life advisor!
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree and initial experience in life insurance or investing.
- Are you customer-oriented and empathetic? Check!
- You can think solution-oriented and you are results-oriented.
- You are interested in the financial markets and use this knowledge to propose customized solutions to your client.
- You are flexible and willing to move between different offices within your assigned region.
- Autonomy is a driving force for you.
- Proactivity is at the forefront of your vocabulary.
