Description
As a Customer Journey Expert for Life and Health products, you will play a key role in optimizing customer journeys and implementing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:- Actively participate in the realization of initiatives stemming from the global marketing plan, respecting our client's strategy and focusing on the Life product offering;
- Launching strategic projects related to Life products, in close collaboration with your team members;
- Design, test, implement or refine customer journeys to improve sales and customer satisfaction;
- Supervise, train and support your colleagues in the development of value propositions and services;
- Develop value propositions in relation to products or customer journeys, to drive acquisition and retention, in close cooperation with other departments;
- Implement up-selling and upselling campaigns, managing the entire process;
- Promote the optimal use of digital tools by orchestrating campaigns and communication plans aimed at brokers, customers and prospects;
- Monitor competitor activities and promote visibility of market initiatives and trends relating to Life products.
Your profile
- Holds a master's or bachelor's degree, with significant professional experience;
- Has a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing;
- Has in-depth knowledge of life insurance products and a clear understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape;
- Communicates fluently in French and Dutch, with a good command of English;
- Demonstrates excellent project management skills and proficiency in working in project mode, particularly in an agile environment;
- Has experience in customer journey design, applying design thinking methods;
- Has a global vision, communicates easily, facilitates exchanges and demonstrates excellent listening skills;
- Is capable of delivering engaging presentations and transforming complex insurance products into high value-added services for customers;
- Has experience in presenting strategies to senior management and executives;
- Does not hesitate to make decisions and propose ambitious solutions, while keeping the customer experience in mind;
- Enjoys a challenge and wants to be part of a dynamic team that works consistently in a positive atmosphere.
