Description
- You will report to a Claims Coordinator and be an integral member of the Claims department.
- You will oversee and evaluate litigation cases associated with our clients.
- You will manage and implement the insurance regulations pertinent to a proactive recovery strategy for debtors.
- You will investigate issues, draw essential conclusions, and propose effective solutions.
- You will maintain ongoing communication and engage in negotiations with insured parties, debtors, and brokers regarding litigation case management.
- You will collaborate with team members on case strategies and coordinate with other operational departments such as sales, risk assessment, and policy management for effective litigation handling.
- You will ensure the accurate administrative tracking of files within the central IT system.
- Together with your colleagues, you will assist in the establishment and management of a global network of attorneys and collection agencies as needed.
Your profile
- Holds a bachelor's degree in finance and insurance, international trade, law, or a related field.
- Possesses exceptional proficiency in Dutch at a native level, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French; knowledge of an additional language is considered advantageous.
- Has at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a debt recovery environment.
- Exhibits strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a talent for distilling complex information into concise summaries.
- Is focused on achieving results and demonstrates proactive problem-solving skills.
- Communicates effectively and displays assertiveness when working towards solutions.
- Enjoys working independently while also contributing positively to a team dynamic.
