Description

  • Work closely with the Head of Partnerships and Customer Services to ensure alignment of global and local strategic objectives;
  • Lead a multilingual team, fostering autonomy while supporting a collaborative and proactive work environment;
  • Actively participate with cross-functional LPS teams to harmonize initiatives in target markets and create beneficial synergies;
  • Supervise the team to ensure effective management of Middle Office and Back Office activities, guaranteeing coordination between these two functions;
  • Strengthen relationships with our partners and end-customers;
  • Supervise the integration and skills development of your managers;
  • Ensure the organization, follow-up and proper execution of various management tasks;
  • Encourage a proactive, problem-solving approach to foster continuous improvement in your team's performance;
  • Carry out meticulous control of management actions and validate part of them in accordance with the 4-eyes principle;
  • Ensure the quality of the databases used within the organization;
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective measures to improve results;
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction;
  • Integrate digital tools to simplify administrative processes and improve interaction with our partners and customers.

Your profile

Minimum 5-year degree in economics, management and/or finance.
  • Excellent knowledge of LPS life insurance.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar managerial position.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Dutch, French and English. Knowledge of German, Portuguese, Italian or Polish is an asset.
