Description
- Recruitment: You are responsible for recruiting profiles and oversee the entire recruitment process, from drafting advertisements with the business to integrating new employees.
- Follow-up of external staff: You are responsible for the follow-up of external staff (temps, freelancers), ensuring that they are properly integrated and that contractual obligations are met.
- Manage the Performance Management process: In collaboration with the HRBPs, you participate in the management of the Performance Management process, ensuring that the performance of employees is correctly assessed and that appropriate development actions are taken.
- Budget responsibility: You have responsibility for both the operating budget and ensuring that the manpower budget is respected.
- Onboarding: You play a key role in the onboarding process and work with the HRBPs to ensure that the induction of new employees is smooth and engaging.
Your profile
- You have a master's degree in psychology or equivalent qualification gained through experience, giving you a good understanding of human dynamics and HR tools.
- You are a recruitment professional with a first significant experience in this field, ideally in an international environment.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English, and you are able to conduct interviews in all three languages fluently and effectively.
- You can communicate effectively and adapt well to different audiences.
- You are organized, dynamic and a good listener. You are able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Your ability to collaborate with various HR staff and take initiative are essential for success in this position.
