Management Assistant

In this role you will ensure flawless communication and organization, from editing documents to managing correspondence and planning meetings. Description
- You proofread and finalize letters, reports and memos;
- You manage correspondence and email traffic (registration, dispatching, follow-up and filing) and participate in other administrative follow-up tasks;
- You handle telephone calls;
- You create files and keep them up to date;
- You organize internal and external meetings and occasional travel.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in office management or equivalent (must have);
- You speak and write very good Dutch and French. You have a working knowledge of English;
- You are flexible, well organized and can prioritize. You can work independently as well as in a team;
- You can work well with the usual Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel ...);
- Being familiar with SharePoint is an asset.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
