- Process files, review documents and ensure proper record keeping in our systems.
- Creating, managing and updating customer records.
- Follow up on administrative inquiries from clients.
- Provide support to our credit and investment experts in the administrative completion of files.
- Contribute to the smooth daily operation of the bank branch.
Your profile
- You preferably have a higher education degree or equivalent through experience.
- Experience in the banking industry is a big plus.
- You are accurate, organized and have an eye for detail.
- You are customer-oriented and communicatively strong, but your focus is on administration.
- You have a proactive attitude and can work both independently and as part of a team.
- Digital banking and administrative systems are not unknown territory for you.
