Description

  • Process files, review documents and ensure proper record keeping in our systems.
  • Creating, managing and updating customer records.
  • Follow up on administrative inquiries from clients.
  • Provide support to our credit and investment experts in the administrative completion of files.
  • Contribute to the smooth daily operation of the bank branch.

Your profile

  • You preferably have a higher education degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Experience in the banking industry is a big plus.
  • You are accurate, organized and have an eye for detail.
  • You are customer-oriented and communicatively strong, but your focus is on administration.
  • You have a proactive attitude and can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Digital banking and administrative systems are not unknown territory for you.
