We are seeking an Operational Control Manager to oversee risk assessments, incident management, and governance coordination within Operations. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Economics or Finance, along with experience in Asset Management or Asset Servicing. A strong understanding of Front-to-Back operations and incident management is required, as well as knowledge of financial products and pricing principles. Fluency in English and French is essential.

Your profile
- Master’s degree in economics or Finance or equivalent by experience;
- Experience in the Asset Management or Asset Servicing industry;
- Knowledge of Front-to-back overview and experience in back or middle office of an Asset Management company or Asset Servicing company is a must: Either you have worked in several operational roles that allowed you to fully understand the F2B (Front to Back) value chain or either you have worked in one or more transversal roles allowing you this helicopter view;
- Some experience in incident management;
- Profound knowledge of financial products / instruments and pricing principle;
- Basic IT knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint,… ;
- Languages: English, French.
