Description

  • As a claims manager, you are responsible for the optimal handling of your customers' claims files and you are the point of contact in the event of problems and complaints;
  • You analyze the claims files thoroughly; you negotiate with customers, opposing parties, insurers, experts, and lawyers;
  • You always work out a good and efficient solution, taking into account the limited time frame;
  • You handle each file from A to Z: from opening the file, follow-up, payment, to closing and filing.
  • You also take care of the agenda and mail.
  • You compile claims statistics and interpret them in collaboration with your colleagues.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance, Economics, or Law;
  • You have some initial experience in insurance;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French, and have a good knowledge of English;
  • You have a thorough knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel);
  • You are always customer-focused and can work well in a team;
  • You are organized and can set priorities well.
