Description
- You receive new files and update relevant information to ensure informed decisions;
- You assess the damage suffered and allocate technical provisions to the various files;
- You manage incoming correspondence and monitor schedules, taking the necessary action to ensure efficient management;
- You make decisions concerning compensation for claimants, as well as the potential recovery of funds;
- You follow legal proceedings involving our organization and establish communication with lawyers assigned to defend the organization's interests;
- You develop and keep your theoretical knowledge up to date.
Your profile
- Holds a degree in law or insurance, or has equivalent experience in these sectors;
- Very good command of Dutch and a good working understanding of French;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented;
- Strong and effective writing skills;
- Experience in handling auto claims is an asset.
