Description

  • Establish and maintain a close relationship with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and responding to their requests, such as registration changes, vehicle customs clearance and insurance comparisons.
  • Independently manage customer insurance portfolios, including personal and business policies.
  • Maintain daily contact with insurance companies to conduct negotiations and follow up on necessary administrative actions.
  • Carry out administrative follow-up of applications within the BRIO management software, while respecting deadlines and established underwriting conditions.

Your profile

The ideal candidate:
  • Must have PCP certification.
  • At least a few years' experience in a brokerage office.
  • Good knowledge of BRIO software.
  • Fluent in French, with knowledge of Dutch and/or Italian an advantage.
  • Characterized by personal qualities such as enthusiasm, empathy, organization, rigor and autonomy, as well as being a good team player with an excellent ability to analyze customer needs.
