Description

  • Is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department.
  • Works closely with two sales representatives (portfolio size of sales representatives
250 customers)
  • Is, in general, the interface between the various departments of the organization and specializes in
sales and marketing issues
  • Responds to customer requests and complaints. (telephone 15#/day, e-mail 20#/day)
  • Manages contracts and files: verification, entry, discounts and contracts for additional services such as
such as Eurovat, Passango, Ecotax, ...
  • Is responsible for marketing actions decided by the Benelux Country Manager
  • Manages orders for new customer cards and toll cards.
  • Monitors customer portfolio

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Very good knowledge of French, Dutch and English
  • Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness to satisfy customers
  • Maintain good relations with administration regarding customer files
  • Assist management and sales representatives
  • Detail-oriented, organized
  • Commercial sense to help customers
  • Team spirit
  • Business and numerical acumen

Offer
